Unfiltered: Real Talk for Women on ADHD and Hormones Across the Lifespan
From first period to last- what every woman deserves to know.
This conference brings together experts across disciplines to explore how ADHD, hormonal changes, and psychological well-being intersect in girls and women across the lifespan. It highlights how many women have long masked ADHD symptoms, only to experience intensified challenges with focus, organization, and emotional regulation during hormonal transitions. Speakers also examine the impact of stigma, self-criticism, and chronic stress, which can contribute to patterns like perfectionism and people-pleasing. Overall, the conference emphasizes the need for compassionate, integrative care that validates women’s experiences and supports both cognitive and emotional health.
